Poetry and other things
By Bob Cowley
I was a happy and popular toddler. Then, just after my third birthday, I got polio. I had it for eighteen months – confined to bed, hours of massage and therapy every day, and no contact with other kids.
Physically, I was lucky enough to recover very well. Now, I might have more self-understanding and usefulness than I had decades ago.
One thing I did eventually was to write a philosophical type of poetry. Here are some examples:
Mystery
who can explain life?
don’t try too hard
logic should be
a servant of love
Manual for poets
See like a child,
yet be a useful adult.
Love language.
Seek sagacity.
Enjoy the marvel of creativity.
Journey

giving things meaning

My blog is easy to find, and I think you’d like the blog pictures.
